Yes, it’s out on DVD, and Sigur Ros’ glorious doc/concert film, Heima is being given an additional Images Festival screening (tonight @ 9:30) after last night’s sold-out Canadian premiere, finding it’s perfect venue at The Royal. Following the 2006 World Tour of their album Takk, the Icelandic band return to give free public concerts in sixteen locations of their beloved homeland. It’s hard to imagine Iceland (or the world) being better served. Advanced tickets $10 (highly recommed) at Soundscapes.
